What if my order arrives damaged?

We ask that you carefully check your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, even to the outer box, please note it on the delivery receipt. If you are unable to fully inspect the contents but suspect possible damage, write “suspected damage” on the slip. Should your item arrive damaged, email us with photos at support@theoffgridco.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, typically within 1 business day, so you can continue your journey with peace of mind.
