How long does shipping take? When will I get my order?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. In some cases, items may leave the warehouse the same day, while rare delays can occur due to unexpected circumstances. On average, delivery takes 4–7 business days. If a product requires additional time, that information will be clearly noted on the product page. What forms of payment do you accept?

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel any order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. If you need to cancel, email us immediately at support@theoffgridco.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it will fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please examine your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage—even to the box itself—make a note of it on the delivery slip. If you cannot open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspected damage” on the receipt. Should your item arrive damaged, contact us with photos at support@theoffgridco.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?

When will I receive tracking information?

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is automatically sent after each order. Be sure to double-check your email address at checkout so you don’t miss it. We recommend saving your confirmation email for reference.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only collect sales tax on orders shipped within Illinois. Customers outside Illinois are not charged sales tax, allowing you to save compared to many other retailers.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Simply email us at support@theoffgridco.com with your request. If the change results in a price adjustment, we’ll either issue a credit to your card or send you an invoice for the difference.
