Shipping Policy


Order Confirmation:

Once you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which indicate that we have received your order in our system. During this time, we will reach out to our suppliers and confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. We won't charge your credit card until we have confirmation that the item is in stock. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you intend to change the shipping address or cancel an order. 

Order Shipment:

Once your order is charged, your item(s) will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has left our warehouse. The email will contain all the tracking information needed for your package. If you do not receive any tracking information from us after 5 business days, don't hesitate to follow up with use support@theoffgridco.com.

Freight Shipping Policy:

At The OffGrid co, we are committed to ensuring your large-item purchases arrive safely, securely, and on time. To provide the best possible delivery experience, we utilize freight shipping for oversized or high-value products

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery:

  • The freight carrier will contact you directly (via phone or email) to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • You must provide an accurate phone number and email at checkout.

  • Appointments are generally scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Curbside Delivery:

  • Freight deliveries are made to the curb or driveway of the shipping address.

  • Carriers are not required to bring items inside the home or onto the property unless white glove delivery is arranged (if available).

  • Please plan accordingly to move the item to its final location.

Signature Requirement:

  • Most freight shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • This is to ensure the product arrives in good condition and is accepted by the correct party.

  • Do not sign the delivery receipt until you’ve inspected the item for visible damage.

Damages and Claims:

  • If the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before unboxing.

  • Refuse delivery if the item appears severely damaged.

  • Contact our support team at orders@offgridlivingsolutions.com within 24 hours to report any issues.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply if the appointment is missed.

  • Freight shipping is only available within the contiguous U.S. (unless otherwise specified).

Shipping Costs and Locations:

We offer free shipping for majority of brands* in our store.  However, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship domestically to any P.O boxes. No shipping outside of the
